AN 4887/22 – ACTIVATION OF SUBMISSIONS FOR 3 REGIME
The start of submission of applications for participation in 3 schemes of AN 4887/22 has been activated from 01/07. Following the intervention of the OIE with a letter to the Minister of Development, Takis Theodorikakos, the deadline for submissions for all three schemes was postponed from the originally set date of 10/09/2025, to 10/10/2025More specifically, on 26/06/2025 the 3rdth submission cycle for the PROCESSING-SUPPLY CHAIN regime, the 1st is activated on 27/06/2025th cycle for the SPECIAL AID REGIONS SCHEME which comes from the amendment of Law 4887/22 (Law 5203/25) dated 02/06/2025 and on 30/06/2025 the LARGE INVESTMENTS scheme was activated for the first time. The schemes provide a percentage of aid that varies depending on the size of the enterprises, the geographical area of implementation of the investment and the structure of the investment plan and all types of aid of the law are available on a case-by-case basis. 4887/22, such as tax exemption, subsidy for medium-sized enterprises (amendment AN 5203/25), leasing subsidy or wage cost support (independently) and an incentive for rapid licensing for LARGE INVESTMENTS and the SPECIAL AID AREAS REGIME.
