Existing businesses are defined as those that have at least one (1) complete closed and cleared by the AADE administrative year before the date of the online submission of the funding application.
Closed full financial year means the financial year for which the final financial result has been determined in the accounts and the appropriate tax forms (e.g. forms E3 & N) have been submitted to the Hellenic Tax Authority and which has a duration of 12 months.
In particular, we must:

1. Submit a single funding application per Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for all 3 individual calls (sub-actions) and the action "DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESSES IN WESTERN GREECE 2025". In case of multiple proposals, the first proposal submitted will be considered and the others will be rejected.
2. The proposed investment project must relate to at least one of the eligible sectors listed in 'ANNEX X Eligible sectors of activity (sectors)' of the call for proposals, in which the beneficiaries
   must be substantially active during the last closed and cleared by the AADE in the last financial year, i.e. they must have declared it in the recent E3 as Main Activity Code (E3: 021) or Major Gross Revenue Code (E3: 022).
3. To operate in the Greek territory and invest exclusively within the Region of Western Greece. Specifically, eligible are companies with their registered office and/or establishment in the Region of Western Greece prior to the issue of the call and are not excluded in cases where they have branches outside the Region. Multiple sites within the Region of Western Greece are allowed, provided that the conditions set out in point 2 are met. New implementation sites within the EAFRD with new branches to be declared as such in the IPSCE are allowed. All implementation sites must have an eligible investment ID in accordance with the conditions set out in point 2 above.
4. They must have closed at least one (1) full (12-month) and cleared by the Hellenic Revenue Authority (AADE) fiscal year prior to the date of online submission of the funding application, as mentioned above.
5. The highest annual turnover of the company in one of the last 3 complete closed financial years must be up to 500.000€
6. The lowest annual turnover of the company in one of the last 3 complete and closed financial years must be greater than or equal to 15.000€
