Beneficiaries who may receive public funding within the framework of this action are the following entities:

1. Enterprises: any unit, regardless of its legal form and size, engaged in an economic activity.
2. Research and knowledge dissemination organizations (In partnership with at least one Enterprise): any entity, such as Higher Education Institutions, Research Centers - Institutes, Technological Bodies and Research University Institutions regardless of legal status (public or private law).
3. Other bodies treated as research and knowledge dissemination organizations (In partnership with at least one Company):
4. Public Services, which belong to the Central Administration within the meaning of paragraph 1f of article 14 of Law 4270/2014 (Government Gazette A' 143),
5. Legal Entities of Public Law (such as Museums with an independent legal entity, Public Hospitals, Academy of Athens, National Library, National Gallery, etc.),
6. Legal Entities of Private Law, established by Law or Presidential Decree and subsidized by the State,
7. Public Benefit Foundations governed by Law 4182/2013
