For the General Entrepreneurship Sub-program:

• Very small entities, according to the definition of art. 2 of Law 4308/2014 (Α΄251), as amended by Law 5164/2024, which at the date of their balance sheet do not exceed the limits in at least 2 of the following three (3) criteria (Law 4308/2014) during the financial year:

1. Average staff less than or equal to 10 people.
2. Total assets less than or equal to €450,000.
3. Net turnover less than or equal to €900,000.
   • .Natural persons who carry out individual business activity.
   • Categories of businesses that may be determined in accordance with the provisions of article 15, par. 2 of Law 4701/2020 (Government Gazette A' 128/30.06.2020).

For the Women's Entrepreneurship Sub-Program:

In addition to the above General Entrepreneurship eligibility criteria:

Businesses of any legal form (with the exception of civil companies), where in the case of corporate structures, the shareholder/partner with a percentage > 50% belongs to a woman and the management/representation of the business is carried out by a woman. In the case of sole proprietorships, the owner must be a woman.

For both categories of entrepreneurship, eligible businesses are those that:

• operate legally in Greece,
• have been operating for at least one year since their establishment,
• at the time of submission of the application for membership in the Microcredit Fund, they have not been approved in any other EBA program after 1/1/2019.
