Beneficiaries of the aid are the members of the Operational Groups. The members may be natural persons (individual businesses) or legal entities of any form, which are linked to each other by a cooperation agreement which is submitted with the application for support and is signed by the members concerned.

The E.O.s must meet the following cumulative conditions:

a) Be composed of at least two (2) members, of which at least one (1) member is active in the sectors of agriculture and/or livestock farming.

b) Be active either: in issues related to the agricultural/livestock sector (production & marketing of agricultural/livestock products) and the food sector (processing of agricultural products into an agricultural final product) or in issues related to the environment and climate change and related to the objectives of the intervention.

c) In the case of transnational cooperation, the member(s) active in matters of the agricultural/livestock sector and processing of agricultural products with an agricultural final product, must have a registered office/establishment in Greek territory.

d) Identify the member who will have the role of "Innovation Facilitator" regarding the implementation of the EO business plan with the aim of coordinating and providing services to facilitate the timely and complete implementation of the EO business plan.
