Objective of the Scheme

The "InvestEU – RRF GR Innovation & Digitalisation" program of the InvestEU Fund with the guarantee of the European Investment Fund (EIF), is aimed at Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) as well as Small Mid-Caps, with the aim of providing financing to support innovative and rapidly growing enterprises as well as investment projects that require the financing of Research and Innovation (R&I) expenditures or the adoption of digital technologies and the digital transformation of eligible enterprises.

The following businesses are eligible:

  • Very small, small or medium-sized enterprises, i.e. those employing up to 250 employees calculated in annual work units (AWU) and the turnover of the last closed financial year does not exceed €50 million or the assets do not exceed €43 million
  • Businesses that are based, operate and will invest within the Greek territory
  • They do not focus on exempt activity under the program specifications
  • They are not involved in illegal activities
  • They are not sanctioned entities.
