Investment entities operating in the Greek Territory, regardless of size:

1. legal entities: OE, EE, EPE, SA, IKE,
2. individual businesses,
3. agricultural cooperatives, agricultural partnerships, compulsory cooperatives, associations of compulsory cooperatives, joint-stock companies whose majority of shares belong to agricultural cooperatives,
4. producer groups, producer organisations, mergers of producer organisations, associations of producer organisations.

The raw materials and final products that are supported are products of Annex I of the TFEU (agricultural products), belong to the following sectors and per product category and provided that the terms and conditions of par. 13 hereof are met:

1. MEAT Indicatively, the following are supported: slaughterhouses (sheep and goats, cattle, poultry, pigs), meat cutting and standardization units, meat preparation units, meat product production units, animal by-product management units.
2. MILK Indicatively, the following are supported: dairies, milk processing units, units for the production of yogurt and other fermented milk products (kefir), and units for the utilization of milk by-products (whey).
3. EGGS Indicatively, the following are being strengthened: egg standardization and packaging units, egg processing units for the production of egg-based products (egg powder, egg white).
4. HONEY Indicatively, the following are being strengthened: honey processing, standardization and packaging units.
5. COCOON RESPIRATION Fresh cocoon growing units are being strengthened.
6.  ANIMAL FEED Indicatively, the following are supported: units producing complete standardized animal feed mixtures and animal feed manufacturers. Fish feed production units are NOT supported.
7. CEREALS Indicatively, the following are being strengthened: cereal dryers, rice husking, processing, standardization units, and roller mills.
8. OIL PRODUCTS Indicatively, the following are supported: olive mills, olive oil processing plants - packaging plants. Olive pomace oil mills are NOT supported.
9. FRUIT AND VEGETABLES Indicatively, the following are being strengthened: the sorting, standardization, packaging, preservation, and refrigeration units for fresh fruit and vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, and legumes, the industrial tomato processing units, the vegetable processing units (roasted vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes), the fruit and vegetable canneries, the fruit and citrus juicing units, the fruit drying units, the jam and spoon sweets production units, the processing units for nuts, figs, raisins, edible olives, legumes, potatoes, and mushrooms.
10. WINE Wineries are supported. Wine bottling plants are NOT supported as an individual action. Bottling equipment is supported ONLY in the context of establishing new or modernizing existing wineries.
11. VINEGAR Vinegar production units are being strengthened.
12. FLOWERS Indicatively, the following are supported: the processing, standardization and packaging units of cut and dried flowers and potted plants. The production of potted and cut flowers is NOT supported.
13. MEDICINAL AND AROMATIC PLANTS The drying, processing, standardization, packaging and preservation units of medicinal, aromatic plants and saffron in Kozani are being supported. Cannabis units are NOT being supported.
14. SEEDS AND PROPAGATING MATERIAL Indicatively, the following are supported: the processing, standardization, and packaging units for seeds and propagating material. The production of seeds and seedlings is NOT supported.
