The action concerns the support of existing businesses operating in sectors of the RIS3 strategy in order to upgrade and improve their competitive position by investing in human resources, namely the recruitment of unemployed people with increased qualifications.
The Action aims to increase the participation of unemployed people in the labor market and to limit the phenomenon of the outflow of scientific personnel from the Region. It is envisaged to create new full-time jobs for a period of 24 months, through the recruitment of unemployed people, post-secondary education, holders of higher education degrees and/or postgraduate/doctoral degrees.
Existing Very Small, Small and Medium Enterprises that:
a) have closed (fully or partially) the 2022 financial year,
b) they are substantially active (Main Activity Code or Activity Code with the highest revenue) in an eligible activity CAC included in ANNEX 3: ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (CAC)-RIS3.
