Beneficiaries who may benefit from public funding within the framework of this action are newly established and existing K.A.L.O. bodies under article 3 of Law 4430/2016 (Government Gazette A 205/31.10.2016):
• ​​Under recommendation of K.A.L.O. bodies: Under recommendation of K.A.L.O. bodies. who have submitted an application for registration in the Register of K.A.L.O. Entities following the publication of the invitation and before submitting their application to the action and who may commence work at the competent Tax Authority after the date of submission of the application
• Existing K.A.L.O. bodies Existing K.A.L.O. bodies are defined as the bodies of Law 4430/2016 that are registered in the K.A.L.O. Bodies Register with a certificate or confirmation of registration in force on the date of submission of the application.
