Priority of Action 1 "Basic SME Digital Transformation" is the upgrading of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Medium Digital Maturity, through the utilization of advanced systems and technologies, with which they can improve their position in international markets, enhance operational flexibility, improve the production process, and also upgrade their competitiveness.
Existing very small, small and medium-sized enterprises, which should:
Have at least one (1) full financial year closed.
Be active in one of the eligible KADs of the investment plan for at least one (1) year.
Have at least one (1) eligible activity KAD, when submitting the application for financing the investment plan, which is included in the Annex XI – ECHOICEABLE ACTIVITIES (CAC).
The investment must relate exclusively to the CRA contained in the Annex XI – ECHOICEABLE ACTIVITIES (CAC).
Have at least five (5) EME of dependent employment during the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application.
Work on the investment plan must not have commenced prior to the submission of the aid application.
To gather at least the score of 80 on the digital maturity questionnaire of this Invitation.
It is noted that Co-location of businesses is not permitted, so that it is not possible to use the equipment and/or software of the supported investment by another enterprise. The term co-location means the installation of the supported enterprise in the same, non-discrete space with another enterprise. In the event that co-location of enterprises is established where it is possible to use the equipment of the supported investment by another enterprise, the inclusion decision will be revoked.
Equipment Expenses (indicative): Supply of advanced facility or personnel operating systems, automation of production with robotic systems, upgrading of internal data transfer networks, etc.
Equipment Expenditures for the production of modern technological equipment and advanced digital systems with indicative but focused expenditures (indicative): Supply of advanced technological systems and mechanical equipment for the production of systems and equipment Industry 4.0., security systems and equipment (e.g. surveillance, cyber-protection, etc.), automation systems, robotic systems, etc.
Software Expenses (indicative): Supply of modern applications for administrative and financial planning, digital security, customer and supply chain management, data analysis with artificial intelligence tools, production optimization, upgrading of services provided, etc.
Expenses for the Provision of Services related to digital upgrading (indicatively): Technical support for the configuration and integration of new systems into the operation of SMEs, system certification, etc.
