The aim of the action is:
Improving the productivity, competitiveness, extroversion and green transition of existing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Region of Epirus, which operate in the priority sectors of the regional dimension of the National Smart Specialization Strategy (ESEE 201-2027).

Existing small, micro and medium-sized enterprises:
- They have at least two (2) fully closed financial years for the years preceding the date of publication of the Invitation (i.e. 2023 and 2024).
- It operates substantially in Sectors of the Regional Dimension of the National Smart Specialization Strategy (NSS) & the proposed investment plan is documentedly linked to a Priority of the Regional Dimension of the National Smart Specialization Strategy.
