The purpose of the scheme is to support entrepreneurs who are active or wish to be active in those sectors of the economy that can benefit from aid compatible with the internal market pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and to cover the costs of setting up companies or further developing existing businesses, as well as the costs of implementing initial investments.
