New and Start-up very small and Small Enterprises, as defined in ANNEX VI: “SME Definition & SME Declaration Template” of this call, which will implement an investment plan related to at least one of the eligible activities, i.e. at least one of the eligible KADs included in ANNEX II: “Eligible Sectors of Activity (KSA)” of this call.
• Under establishment are understood to be businesses that will submit a start of operations to the competent Tax Office after the electronic submission of the funding application.
• New businesses are understood to be businesses that have commenced operations and, on the date of electronic submission of the funding application, have fewer than (2) complete closed financial years (for which the appropriate tax forms were submitted), i.e. they have commenced operations from January 1, 2022 (01-01-2022) onwards.
