• To operate legally in the form of the Social and Solidarity Economy Entity, based on the
  defined in Law 4430/2016 (A' 205), article 3, par. 1, as in force.
  Be incorporated as a company before 31 December 2024
  Be registered in the General Register of Social and Solidarity Economy Bodies of the
  Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs until the day before the day of the issue of the
  the invitation and have a certificate of registration or a certificate of registration valid at the time of submission of the application
  Membership.
  Maintain their membership of the Registry throughout the implementation of the action
  including long-term liabilities.
• To be active or to be active in the Region of Attica, and to implement the
  investment exclusively within the Region of Attica.
  Maintain the jobs (in terms of AWUs) of the reference period (i.e. the 12-month period
  preceding the publication of the invitation, not including the month of publication of the invitation
  call for proposals), throughout the period of implementation of the proposal.
  Be included in Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs), as defined in the Recommendation
  2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003 and Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 651/2014
  of 17 June 2014, as applicable to the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as
  and medium-sized enterprises (Annex V to this document).
