Beneficiaries, who may benefit from public funding under this action, are new and start-up, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined in ANNEX VI: "SME Definition & SME Declaration Template" of this call, which will implement an investment plan related to at least one of the eligible KADs included in ANNEX II: "Eligible sectors of activity (KADs)" of this call.
• Under establishment refers to businesses that will be established after the electronic submission of the funding application.
• New businesses are defined as those that have been established with a start date later than 1/1/2022 and have fewer than (2) complete, closed financial years, by the date of the announcement of the invitation.
• Closed full management period means a period of at least twelve (12) months, for which the final financial result has been determined by accounting and the appropriate tax forms (e.g. forms E3 & N or E1) have been submitted and cleared to the AADE.
