The purpose of this specific action is to give these areas the opportunity and incentive for the innovative transformation of existing businesses & the attraction of new investments in order to diversify the productive model of the regions in order to address the aforementioned impacts. The areas of implementation of the Action concern the Territorial Just Transition Plan (TJTP) of Western Macedonia, which includes the Regional Units (RUs) of Kozani, Florina, Grevena and Kastoria, and the TJTP of Megalopolis, which includes the Municipality of Megalopolis, as well as the neighboring Municipalities of Tripoli, Gortynia and Oichalia, and which accompany the Just Development Transition Program 2021-2027 (JDT 2021-2027).
