The utilization and development of modern technologies, in the upgrading of the products produced and/or services provided and their activities in general, by rewarding actions that utilize modern technologies, infrastructure and best practices in matters of energy upgrading and circular economy.

Existing very small, small and medium-sized enterprises, which should:
• Have at least one (1) fully closed management year,
• To be substantially active (Main Activity Code or as Activity Code with the highest revenue) in one (1) eligible activity KAD included in Annex III ELIGIBLE KAD WITH AID SCHEME of EU REGULATION 1407/2013 (DE MINIMIS) or ELIGIBLE KAD WITH AID SCHEME of EU REGULATION 651/2014,
• Have the eligible investment CAC(s) of Annex III ELIGIBLE CAC WITH AID SCHEME of EU REGULATION 1407/2013 (DE MINIMIS) or ELIGIBLE CAC WITH AID SCHEME of EU REGULATION 651/2014.
• Have at least three (3) EME of dependent employment during the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application,
In addition, work on the investment plan must not have commenced prior to the submission of the funding application.

• Packaging – Label – Branding Design Services.

• Technical Studies & Consulting Services.
• Means of Transport (GREEN) – Mandatory electric.
• Salary cost of new employees – (new staff from 1 to 3 EMU).
• Indirect costs.
